Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to assign shipments to couriers and plan routes, ensuring efficient delivery and high service quality. You will respond quickly to delays, coordinate with the warehouse, and propose improvements to courier work organization.

The role requires secondary education and basic MS Office skills, with daily teamwork. You will work weekdays 9:00–17:00, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to improving processes that support millions of

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed with basic ICT knowledge.
• Experience in a courier company is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign shipments to couriers to optimize routes and delivery priorities.
• Plan courier routes considering traffic, weather, and regional specifics.
• Respond promptly to delays and issues to minimize disruptions.
• Resolve ongoing operational problems such as vehicle breakdowns.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to prepare shipments for dispatch.

• -Assigning shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.
• -Planning courier routes, taking into account traffic conditions, weather, and regional specifics.
• -Responding quickly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions.
• -Resolving ongoing operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability problems.
• -Cooperating with the warehouse team to ensure the timely preparation of shipments for dispatch.
• -Proposing improvements to courier work organization in order to increase efficiency and service quality.

This is the right job for you if:

• -Experience in a similar position within a courier company.
• -Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (nice to have).
• -Secondary education.
• -Knowledge of the city's topography.
• -Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure.
• -Strong communication skills and daily teamwork.
