Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to manage linehaul unloading/loading, directing staff and ensuring accurate sorting for courier routes. The role emphasizes安全 procedures and collaboration with other departments to sustain efficiency.

You will report on equipment condition and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment at Allegro's depot in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure the efficient and timely unloading and loading of linehaul operations at the depot.
• Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes.
• Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.
