Job summary

Allegro Poznań is seeking a courier operations coordinator to assign parcels to couriers, plan routes using traffic data, and coordinate with the warehouse to keep shipments flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a courier/logistics role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Able to make independent decisions and work under pressure.
• Open to shift work.

• Have experience in a similar role within a courier/logistics company
• Have a basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (nice to have)
• Hold a secondary education (high school diploma)
• Are familiar with the city topography
• Have great communication skills and enjoy working with others

• Are able to make independent decisions and perform effectively under pressure
• Are open to shift work
