We welcome specialists who combine hands-on module work with architecture and delivery leadership. The team collaborates across functions to implement scalable ServiceNow ecosystems for international clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module or product area.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in development, consulting, configuration, or architecture.
• English proficiency for an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and deliver end-to-end ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, CS modules.
• Build integrations and custom applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead workshops and advise stakeholders on best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and solution architecture guidance.
• Assist with delivery management and practice development.
