Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Architect to define and develop enterprise-wide platform architecture. You will design cross-module solutions and establish standards for governance, security, and compliance within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

In this role, you will collaborate with Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect and focus on automation to optimize ITSM processes. Fluency in English (B2) and Polish are required, with hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of ServiceNow experience (architecture / development / implementations).
• Experience in a regulated environment is required.
• Designing secure integrations and solutions for high compliance organizations.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2).
• Willingness to hybrid work: 3+ days in Warsaw office or 1 day outside Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business strategy.
• Design scalable cross-module solutions: ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, and integrations.
• Set architectural standards, patterns, and documentation; support delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect on governance and security.
• Build a consistent ITSM model and optimize processes via automation.
