Job summary

Fairfield Consultancy Services Limited in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM specialist to implement and manage ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration.

The role requires hands-on work with MID Servers, scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes), and integration with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and OpsRamp.

Note: candidate must be NATO cleared or willing to obtain NATO clearance. Permanent role with on-site work in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules
• Strong networking and OS knowledge (Windows/Linux)
• Proficient with REST and SOAP APIs
• Solid CMDB knowledge
• Familiarity with Flow designer
• Experience with monitoring tools

Responsibilities
