Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an OT/IoT Security expert to join the Security Hub for the EMEIA region. You will contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management by planning, building and implementing ServiceNow solutions in OT visibility and OT SecOps.

You will lead workshops, mentor teams, and deliver configuration and integration services. The role requires strong ServiceNow experience, CMDB/ITOM/ITSM knowledge, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with CMDB/ITOM/ITSM/SecOps/IRM in ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops for OT operations management and OT service management.
• Help clients establish OT CMDB and OT Service Catalog.
• Provide expert mentoring to the ServiceNow implementation team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints.
• Deliver configuration and integration services and QA support.
• Coordinate testing, test acceptance, and remediation cycles.
• Build business cases for senior stakeholders and contribute to new ServiceNow solutions.
