Sii Poland is seeking a versatile ServiceNow IRM professional to act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams. You will drive the implementation of Integrated Risk Management solutions, improve governance processes, and ensure alignment with best practices within risk management.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, and collaboration across stakeholders, while managing risk registers and data models to support IRM initiatives. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management and ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management processes and GRC.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, including data structures and record types.
• Hands-on experience with Control Effectiveness Assessment, Inherent Risk, and Risk Register.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Conduct requirements analysis and solution design for IRM processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective risk management solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess control effectiveness and perform individual risk assessments.
• Manage the risk register and related artifacts to maintain compliance and governance standards.
• Advise on the ServiceNow data model and its application within risk management processes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve team understanding of IRM concepts.
