Job summary

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to configure and customize ServiceNow applications, manage UI and workflows, and support system updates across environments. You will collaborate with other admins, ensure timely release upgrades, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tooling.

The role requires hands-on configuration experience, ITIL or ServiceNow certification, and strong communication and PM skills to support business users and transform IT services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on configuring ServiceNow.
• 2+ years’ experience with client/server and applications system architectures and migration.
• ITIL or ServiceNow certification.
• Experience in loading data into ServiceNow using import sets.
• Experience in integrating external web services and SOAP-based web services, API and emails.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Focus on quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new modules and configure UI and workflows.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle updates and configuration changes.
• Conduct detailed analysis of system interactions to determine technical solutions that are cost-effective and fit user needs and system capacities.
• Ensure the latest ServiceNow release is implemented with minimal IT disruption.
• Maintain and improve processes, standards, policies, and tools.
• Ensure development/production environments are reliable and reproducible.
• Maintain configuration consistency across development, staging, testing, sandbox, and production environments.
