Job summary

Spyrosoft is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Warsaw team, focusing on implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the NowPlatform for enterprise clients. You will work on intricate business processes, collaborate with global stakeholders, and may lead consulting teams through project lifecycle up to post go-live activities.

The role requires 4+ years on NowPlatform, strong ITSM/GRC expertise, CAD/CIS certification, and proficiency in at least two programming languages.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of NowPlatform experience
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance
• 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java)
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
• Knowledge of EU regulations relevant to financial services
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English
• Nice to have German or other European languages
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or economic field

As Senior ServiceNow Developer you would support our project teams involved in implementation, configuration and maintenance of NowPlatform. Main responsibilities

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with directing the development and implementation of intricate business processes. This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development. You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when collaborating through implementation, customization or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:

• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with minimum 4 years of experience
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance
• Experience in project activities as a Developer
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
• Showcased knowledge of Best Practices in Software Development
• Experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions in a regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with the DORA framework and its requirements for digital operational resilience in the financial sector.
• Ability to map DORA requirements to ServiceNow GRC and SecOps functionalities.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing compliance within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of European Union regulations and directives relevant to financial services.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English
• Nice to have German or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory
