EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will lead architecture, drive scalable workflows, and collaborate across cloud, data, and AI practices to elevate client operations.

You will mentor engineers, govern development standards, and partner with clients and vendors to deliver transformative ServiceNow programs. This role requires strong leadership and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2+).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead architecture design and scalable workflows across domains.
• Guide engineers and foster collaboration and learning within the team.
• Manage knowledge base artefacts and governance for ServiceNow programs.
