Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team. The role involves developing and administering ServiceNow, building workflows, integrations, and dashboards, and ensuring adherence to standards. You will mentor colleagues, participate in SCRUM, and contribute to documentation and testing activities.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow and be fluent in English and Polish. The position is based in Poland and requires residence there.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Responsibilities

• Analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow including configuration, security, data management, workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. Your tasks
