Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. w Piła poszukuje Developera ServiceNow z minimum 2-letnim doświadczeniem. Dołączysz do zespołu obsługującego projekty w europejskich i amerykańskich klientach, pracując nad modułami ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/SecOps/SPM i integracjami REST/SOAP on ServiceNow.

Główne zadania obejmują konfigurację, skrypty, administrację, dokumentację i wsparcie testów. Wymagana jest biegła znajomość angielskiego i polskiego, możliwość pracy w Polsce i praca stacjonarna w Piła.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Knowledge of core ServiceNow ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Analizowanie i uczestnictwo w sesjach przeglądowych – analiza potrzeb rozwojowych i udział w analizie wymagań, przeglądach projektów i SCRUM meetings.
• Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji oraz walidacja rozwiązań technicznych przed wdrożeniem.
• Rozwijanie i administrowanie ServiceNow, w tym konfiguracja, bezpieczeństwo, zarządzanie danymi, workflow, integracje (REST/SOAP), ulepszenia platformy i przeglądy rekordów.
• Tworzenie rozwiązań, skryptów (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow, portale, widgety i dashboards z raportowaniem.
• Zapewnienie zgodności z wewnętrznymi standardami rozwoju oraz identyfikowanie szans automatyzacji dla ulepszenia UX.
• Wsparcie w testowaniu, działaniach wdrożeniowych i mentorowanie mniej doświadczonych członków zespołu

About the project

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
