Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst to collaborate with European and US clients, translating requirements into specifications, designing solutions, and supporting the development team through delivery.

You will coordinate with technology and business stakeholders daily, guide UAT, oversee production deployment, and train end-users on the platform. Fluency in Polish and English and residence in Poland are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues and negotiating with customers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions.

• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase.

• Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions.

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM / CSM modules.

Your tasks

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions

• Residing in Poland required
