Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team, working on projects across Europe and the United States. You will analyze development needs, participate in SCRUM sessions, and develop and administer ServiceNow including Incident, Change, CMDB, and Knowledge Management modules.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, fluent English and Polish, and reside in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Mgmt, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request Mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs and participate in SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow: configuration, data mgmt, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Create solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), flows, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members.

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
