Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our center in Krakow. You will analyze customer needs, translate them into development specs, and support the delivery and testing phases for ServiceNow solutions.

You will collaborate with technology and business stakeholders daily, ensuring requirements are met and processes are streamlined. The role requires strong communication, BPMN experience, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating BPMN flowcharts.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customer expectations for ServiceNow solutions.

• Designing solutions aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.

Job description

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM / CSM modules.

Your tasks

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
• Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team whenever possible
• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase
• Managing production deployment
• Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
• Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
