Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a European‑facing team. You will work on multiple projects across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM, performing scripting, integrations, and platform upgrades.

Responsibilities include designing solutions, ensuring quality, documentation, and mentoring colleagues. Fluent English and Polish, plus Poland residency, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Requests.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent English; Polish required.
• Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs and participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow including configuration, data management, workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), upgrades.
• Develop solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), flows/workflows, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reports.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and identify automation opportunities to improve UX.
• Provide testing and deployment support and mentor junior team members.

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
