Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Team, delivering solutions across modules and integrations for European and US customers.

You will analyse requirements, design and validate solutions, script complex flows, and support testing and deployments. Polish and English fluency is required, and residency in Poland is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Methodical and focused approach to work.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English; fluent Polish required and residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions; requirement analysis and SCRUM meetings.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment.
• Developing and administering ServiceNow: configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Developing solutions with scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow, portals, widgets, dashboards.
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and identifying automation opportunities.
• Providing testing support, deployment activities, and mentoring junior team members.

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
