Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team in Poland. You will work on projects across Europe and the United States, configuring and extending the ServiceNow platform with multiple modules.

You will participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM, develop workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), dashboards, and automation, and mentor colleagues while ensuring quality through documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules listed above.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Polish language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have

• Respective ServiceNow certifications
