Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team delivering projects across Europe and the US. You will work on incident/change/problem modules, scripting, workflows, integrations, and dashboards, ensuring high quality and compliance with development standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of ServiceNow experience, strong analytical & communication skills, and fluent English and Polish. Poland-based applicants living in Poland are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog/Service Request.
• Methodical and focused work approach.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English; fluent Polish required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs and participate in design reviews and SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow including configuration, security, data management, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), flows, portals, widgets, and dashboards.
• Ensure alignment with internal standards and identify automation opportunities to improve UX.
• Provide testing, deployment support, and mentor less-experienced team members.

Job description

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements
