Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a team working on diverse projects across Europe. You will develop and administer ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflows, and integrations, while ensuring quality and standards.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluent English, and Polish language proficiency. Based in Poland, the position offers opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with a wide range of clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent English; Polish language required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in review sessions and SCRUM meetings; gather requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and manage ServiceNow configurations, security, data, workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), upgrades.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), flows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and identify automation opportunities to improve UX.
• Provide testing, deployment support, and mentor less-experienced team members.

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
