Job summary

Sii Poland in Kielce is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team delivering projects across Europe and the United States. You will work on Incident/Problem/Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request and other modules, building workflows, dashboards, and integrations.

Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, developing solutions, ensuring quality standards, and supporting testing and deployments. Polish residents with strong English communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for clear collaboration within international teams.
• Excellent command of English enabling effective communication with stakeholders.
• Polish language fluency required for daily collaboration in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in review sessions and SCRUM meetings to gather development needs.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow configurations, security, data management, flows and upgrades.
• Develop solutions using scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), flows, dashboards, and widgets with reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve user experience and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and mentor less-experienced team members.

Job description

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
