Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and work on diverse ServiceNow projects across Europe. You will configure, secure, and integrate modules, create dashboards, and mentor teammates.

The role emphasizes collaboration in SCRUM, documentation, and adherence to internal standards while delivering robust automation and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience on core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Analytical and methodical work approach with good communication.
• Excellent command of English and fluent Polish; Poland residence required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in review sessions and SCRUM meetings; define development needs.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow including configuration, security, data, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop solutions with scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), workflows, portals, widgets, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and identify automation opportunities to improve UX.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and mentor less-experienced teammates.

Job description

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation, and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience on core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
