Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead administration, design solutions, and implement ITSM processes across complex information systems. The role requires hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, strong requirements gathering, and project management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant ServiceNow certifications, demonstrate IT security awareness, and communicate effectively in English (B2).

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of IT relevant professional experience with minimum 2 years in a similar position.
• Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform (experience with on-prem will be advantageous).
• Excellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (ITSM and others).
• Practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Excellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management.
• Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio.
• Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management.
• Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation.
• Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.).
• Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.
• Knowledge of IT security standards.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate are required.
• Very good command of spoken and written English (B2).
