Job summary

ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking an experienced ServiceNow specialist to administer and maintain the platform, focusing on ITSM and related modules. You will design platform solutions, gather requirements, and manage projects while ensuring robust integration with external systems.

The role requires hands-on expertise, technical documentation, and a solid understanding of IT security standards to support complex information systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITSM and other modules within ServiceNow.
• Ability to design ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing, and managing projects.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow product portfolio and service management.
• Experience creating SOPs and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST).
• Ability to understand complex information systems and interoperability.
• Familiarity with IT security standards.

• Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform (experience with on-prem will be advantageous)
• Excellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (ITSM and others)
• Practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions
• Excellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management
• Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio
• Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management
• Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation
• Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.)
• Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards
