Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with CSM expertise to join a Customer Service Management project for a global pharmaceutical client. You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions, develop workflows and maintan platforms.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Agile teams, support testing and deployments, and contribute to documentation. Fluency in English and ability to work in an international environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
• Hands-on experience with configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with REST/SOAP and API-based development.
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Professional proficiency in English in an international environment.

Responsibilities
