Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with CSM expertise to join a Customer Service Management project for a global pharmaceutical client. You will configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow CSM, develop workflows, and build integrations with REST and SOAP services.

Work with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agile teams to deliver quality solutions. Strong English communication is required to collaborate in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development.
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, case management processes, and platform enhancements.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery teams.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
