Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with CSM expertise to join a Customer Service Management project for a global pharmaceutical client. You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM, develop workflows and integrations, and collaborate with Architects, BAs, and Agile teams.

English proficiency and experience in an international environment are required. The role involves testing, deployment, and documentation to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development.
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, case management processes, and platform enhancements.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery teams.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure solution quality and adherence to development standards and best practices.
