Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with Customer Service Management expertise to join a global pharmaceutical client project. The role focuses on configuring and customizing ServiceNow CSM, building workflows, and integrating with REST/SOAP services.

You will work with Solution Architects, Analysts, and Agile teams in an international environment. Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience is required, along with JavaScript proficiency and Service Portal knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript for platform development.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development.
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration and UI policies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, case management processes, and platform enhancements.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery teams.
