Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with CSM expertise to join a global Customer Service Management initiative. You will configure and customize ServiceNow, build workflows, and integrate systems to support an international client.

The role requires at least 3 years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, REST/SOAP integrations, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and agile teams in a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development.
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Professional proficiency in English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, case management processes, and platform enhancements.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery teams.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure solution quality and adherence to development standards and best practices.
