Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with CSM expertise to join a Customer Service Management project for a global pharmaceutical client. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow configuration, JavaScript proficiency, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and agile teams, contribute to documentation, and ensure high-quality solutions in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development.
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Professional proficiency in English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, case management processes, and platform enhancements.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery teams.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure solution quality and adherence to development standards and best practices.
