Sii Poland invites a ServiceNow Architect to join our Competency Center, delivering scalable IT service management solutions for clients across Europe and the United States. You will design and evolve architectures, implement platform solutions, and help define service strategy.

The role requires hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and products.
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles; familiarity with PMP/PRINCE2/Agile.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Residing in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
• Supporting creation of technical offers and project estimations.
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions.
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects.
• Preparing documentation and presentations, including specs and integration docs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Supporting development of ServiceNow's service strategy.
