Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our ServiceNow Competency Center in Poland. You will analyze customer needs, translate requirements into technical specs, and guide the development team through UAT and deployment.

You will collaborate with business and tech stakeholders daily, design solutions aligned with BPMN guidelines, and help expand platform usage across customer organizations. Fluent Polish and English are required; at least 3 years on ServiceNow.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience as a Business Analyst working with tech and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Understanding of ServiceNow technologies like JavaScript, REST API, and databases.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and BPMN.
Polish and English fluency; resident in Poland.

Responsibilities

Performing business analysis to understand customer expectations for ServiceNow solutions.
Translating requirements into development specs and supporting the team.
Designing solutions aligned with stakeholders' needs.
Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.
Defining technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
Guiding customers through UAT and supervising deployments.
Conducting training for end-users on platform usability.
