Sii Poland is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to understand customer expectations for out-of-the-box or custom solutions and translate requirements into clear development specs. You will work with both technical and business stakeholders to design compliant solutions and manage project documentation.

In this role you will supervise development progress, guide customers through UAT, support production deployments, and conduct end-user training on the platform’s usability and implemented

Formación

• Must have 3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Able to work with both tech and business stakeholders daily.

Responsabilidades

• Performing business analysis to understand customer expectations for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translating requirements into development specs and supporting the team.
• Designing solutions aligning with stakeholders' needs and BPMN guidelines.
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.
• Managing technical requirements for delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through UAT.
• Overseeing production deployments and end-user training.
