Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
  • 3+ years in service engineering, maintenance, technical support, or similar role.
  • Experience in Field Engineering and Service Operations preferred.
  • Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience developing technical concepts and customer-oriented solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in Polish.

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your broad engineering expertise in a dynamic and evolving field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You’ll play a key role in service engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring the effective execution, investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical and quality-related issues. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support, support maintenance and service activities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.

You will also be involved in developing technical concepts and tailored engineering solutions to address customer needs, providing technical expertise during solution design, implementation, and service lifecycle support.

We’ll look to you for:

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for service activities,

Developing technical concepts and customer-focused solutions,

Supporting maintenance and field engineering operations,

Collaborating with project, quality, and customer teams,

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent experience,

3+ years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, technical support, or a similar role,

Experience or understanding of Field Engineering and Service Operations,

Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues,

Experience in developing technical concepts and customer-oriented solutions,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Good communication and stakeholder management skills,

  • Fluent in Polish,

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,

Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers and projects.
