Job summary

Alstom in Chorzów is seeking a Schematics & Apparatus Leader to guide a team of engineers in a modern, innovative rail systems environment. You will oversee electrical schematics and apparatus project activities, plan workloads, and ensure timely, high-quality engineering deliverables in a demanding manufacturing setting.

The role values leadership, hands-on expertise in Electrical CAD tools, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in team leadership and project coordination.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and apparatus design.
• Experience with Electrical CAD tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments.
