Job summary

Alstom in Chorzów is seeking a Project Product Introduction Manager (PrPIM) to drive the delivery and integration of Product Introduction activities within customer operations. You will work with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure timely milestones and alignment with Alstom's standards.

The role focuses on managing the full Project Warranty Work Package, coordinating with Project Core Team, Quality, EHS, and suppliers, and applying robust incident management for NCRs.

Qualifications

• Experience in project execution (technical/industrial).
• Product knowledge and understanding of rail systems is beneficial.
• Exposure to EHS processes and standards.
• Proficiency in data analytics.
• Internal EHS training.
• Nice to have: railway safety/product liability knowledge, RAM, audit skills, customer interaction, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery and execution of Product Introduction (PI) activities and successful integration into customer operations.
• Collaborate with Project Core Team, Quality, EHS and suppliers; manage the full Project Warranty Work Package.
• Deliver PI milestones in line with contract requirements and establish strategies for commissioning and warranty periods.
• Implement robust incident management for Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
• Ensure supplier commitments align with contractual warranty requirements.

Your future role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and execution of Product Introduction (PI) activities, contributing to the seamless integration of our solutions into customer operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Quality, EHS, and suppliers), manage the full Project Warranty Work Package, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and Alstom's standards.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensuring PI processes and instructions are implemented and communicated effectively
• Managing the full Project Warranty Work Package
• Delivering PI-related milestones in a timely manner in alignment with contract requirements
• Establishing and executing strategies for commissioning and warranty periods
• Implementing a robust incident management process for Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs)
• Ensuring supplier commitments align with contractual warranty requirements
