Job summary

Alstom in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a full-time onsite Service System Engineer to join the Field Operations & Services team. You will apply broad engineering expertise across projects, supporting service activities, troubleshooting, and ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work with Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support, develop technical concepts, prepare service reports, and drive continuous improvement while occasionally traveling to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in service engineering, maintenance, technical support, or a similar role.
• Experience with Field Engineering and Service Operations.
• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel occasionally.
