Galderma Krakow is seeking an experienced Serialization Project Manager to lead projects across serialization and traceability. You will own planning, delivery, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication in close coordination with the Galderma PMO.

The role sits within serialization today with potential to support other IT for Operations projects in the future. The position requires strong IT/technology project management, budget control, and excellent stakeholder communication, with

Competenze

• Strong experience managing complex IT or technology projects.
• Proven ownership of budgets, timelines, risks and project delivery.
• Experience working with PMO teams and structured project methodologies.
• Strong experience with waterfall project delivery, with Agile experience also beneficial.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading steering committees and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Able to work collaboratively while maintaining clear ownership for delivery.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, supply chain or another regulated environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of serialization and traceability would be an advantage.

Serialization Project Manager

Location: Krakow, Poland, 4 days onsite from 2027

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects across Galderma’s serialization and traceability environment.

You will take ownership of project planning, delivery, budget, risks and stakeholder communication, working closely with the wider project team and Galderma PMO. The role sits within serialization today, with the potential to support other IT for Operations projects in the future.
