Job summary

Galderma is seeking an experienced Serialization Project Manager in Krakow, Poland, to lead serialization and traceability initiatives. You will own project planning, delivery, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication, working with the PMO and wider project team.

The role sits within IT for Operations and may expand to other projects in the future. You will collaborate across IT, business units and vendors, applying governance and driving successful delivery in a regulated pharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT/operations projects within regulated environments.
• Strong budgeting, risk and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with PMO processes and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through to delivery and close.
• Own timelines, budgets, risks, issues and actions.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure accountability across activities.
• Prepare and lead project governance and steering committee meetings.
• Monitor delivery against scope, timelines and budget.
• Manage project reporting and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Galderma PMO and follow established project methodology.
• Support resource planning, budget management and project prioritisation.
