Job summary

Galderma seeks a Business Analyst, Serialization L4/L5 Expert to join our Krakow IT team. You will translate regulatory and business requirements into SAP ATTP/TH solutions and guide validation, testing and go-live activities in a global environment.

You will partner with business stakeholders, IT, and external partners; work across SAP modules; ensure GxP compliance and CS validation; and own complex system issues, with 4 days onsite in Krakow from 2027 onward.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH).
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical serialization and traceability.
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and Computerized System Validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of GS1 standards and serialization regulations.
• Experience working in a global IT or pharmaceutical environment.
• Able to work independently and take ownership from day one.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with international teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key functional expert for SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH). Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions. Configure and enhance serialization solutions in line with business and compliance requirements. Lead functional specifications, testing, UAT and implementation activities. Support validation activities and ensure alignment with GxP and CSV requirements. Support the migration from ATTP on HEC to ATTP on S/4. Provide expert support for complex system issues and configuration changes.
• Ideally you will have strong hands-on experience with SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH).

Key Responsibilities
