Job summary

HireHi is seeking a Web Manager to own website performance, CRO and lead generation across B2B SaaS markets. You will drive growth using GA4, VWO and Hotjar, optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, and plan CRO initiatives and A/B tests.

Collaborate with Marketing, Developers, Designers, and the Web Analyst to translate insights into an optimization roadmap and ensure timely delivery across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in web management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong CRO and lead generation understanding.
• Experience with GA4, VWO, or Hotjar.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Deliver web KPIs, especially form submissions and lead generation targets (MALs and MQLs)
• Identify structural and UX opportunities
• Plan and execute CRO initiatives and A/B tests
• Optimize and create landing pages and conversion funnels
• Handle web QAs to ensure high-quality, fast, and bug-free releases
• Analyze performance using tools such as GA4 and GSC
• Partner with the Web Analyst to turn insights into an optimization roadmap
• Turn insights and roadmap initiatives into measurable performance improvements
• Manage website initiatives end-to-end, from ideation and prioritization to launch and the post-launch backlog
• Create project plans and timelines and align stakeholders
• Coordinate with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and the Web Analyst
• Balance parallel initiatives across markets
• Ensure delivery aligns with business goals, deadlines, and growth targets
