Job summary

Immigrant Invest is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our international marketing team. You will support the SEO Team Lead by executing on-page and technical SEO for immigrantinvest.com and manage multilingual SEO across company sites.

You will analyze semantic opportunities, build high-impact campaigns, monitor rankings and traffic, and collaborate with copywriters and developers to scale optimization across markets. Fully remote, global team, competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in SEO (in-house or agency).
• English – B1+ or higher; Russian – B2+ or higher.
• Proficiency in key SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with on-page and technical SEO optimization.
• Experience in developing and executing link-building strategies.
• Experience working with multilingual SEO.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple tasks.
• High level of responsibility for results.
• Attention to detail and consistency in execution.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-page and technical SEO optimization of website pages to improve rankings and user experience.
• Collect and analyze semantic cores for target markets and identify high-impact keyword opportunities.
• Analyze backlink profiles and implement link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues affecting performance and indexation.
• Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
• Create detailed briefs and technical requirements for copywriters to ensure SEO-driven content production.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and key SEO metrics; identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance with clear, actionable insights.
• Automate SEO processes and workflows using AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
