Citigroup Inc. hires a Technology Business Analyst with a Workday focus in Poland. You will lead complex Workday initiatives, bridge HR and technology teams, and deliver advanced configurations, reports, and integrations across the Workday platform.

You will drive process optimization, manage projects, and ensure data integrity while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. A Bachelor's degree and relevant Workday credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Technology, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
• Deep Workday HCM module knowledge: Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting capabilities.
• Proven project leadership from conception to deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Certifications in Workday or PM/Process improvement are a plus.
• Education in IT, HR, or Business is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Workday initiatives and integrations.
• Serve as liaison between HR business stakeholders and tech teams.
• Architect advanced Workday configurations and reports.
• Drive process optimization and governance within Workday.
• Provide business analysis and project management support.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
