Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team in Poland on a full-time basis. You will participate in consulting or implementation projects for financial institutions, with a focus on insurance.

You will perform independent business analysis, define functional requirements, test solutions, and support UAT, collaborating daily with developers and IT architects. English proficiency is required in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT project experience in the financial sector, ideally insurance or bancassurance.
• Familiar with insurance processes and delivering IT solutions in international teams.
• Creative, resourceful and proactive with strong analytical thinking.
• Able to learn quickly in an international environment and collaborate with English speakers.
• Bachelor's degree and full-time availability in Poland and the EU.
• English at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Participate in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, especially insurance companies.
• Independently conduct complex business analysis, define functional requirements, testing solutions and supporting UAT.
• Work daily with software developers and IT architects.
• Support Agile project coordination, mentoring junior team members and taking ownership of assigned areas.
