Job summary

Workday is seeking a skilled Workday Success Plans consultant to help customers maximize value from their Workday investments. You will conduct research, provide microconsulting, guide configuration, and deliver accelerator webinars while acting as a trusted advisor.

You will work with some of the world's largest organizations, own end-to-end engagements, present clearly, and stay current with Workday features and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT implementation experience.
• 5 years of Workday Compensation or Benefits experience with related systems.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Delivering small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demos.
• Troubleshooting Workday configuration to meet business requirements.
• Clearly and effectively communicating responses and value to customers.
• Creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features.
• Providing one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption.
• Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Completing and maintaining Workday Certification along with familiarity with Workday roadmap.
• Keeping up to date with industry practices and customer topics.
• Helping drive the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption.
