PwC is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to lead Workday deployments and guide clients through requirements gathering, design, and optimization. You will work across R2R, P2P, and O2C modules, ensuring data readiness and integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP consulting experience.
• Experience leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems.
• Experience implementing R2R, P2P, O2C, and related financial areas.
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI-powered tools in daily work.
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financial deployments in leading roles for clients.
• Gather, analyze business requirements and propose solutions.
• Configure system, perform testing, and manage data activities for migration.
• Assist integrations between Workday and third-party solutions.
• Mentor new team members and support sales activities.
