Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to lead Workday Financial deployments and guide clients through requirements gathering and solution design. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with clients to implement and optimize financial processes across R2R, P2P, and O2C areas.

The role requires 4+ years in ERP consulting with hands-on Workday experience, strong communication, and a focus on delivering value through data-driven insights and best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP consulting experience.
• Experience in leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems.
• Experience in functional areas: R2R, P2P, O2C, Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financial deployments in senior roles.
• Gather and analyze business requirements with clients.
• Propose solutions and process improvements to achieve goals.
• Configure systems, test, and perform data activities for the proposed solution.
• Assist data conversion and integrations between Workday and third-party tools.
• Share knowledge and mentor new team members.
• Support sales activities and business development.
