Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Functional experience in a lead capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking.
• Delivery: manage technical requests from requirements through to production deployment and testing.
• Knowledge of the software deployment life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment and testing.
• Professional-level English fluency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, end-to-end engagements as a consultant-builder.
• Architect and implement solutions with hands-on configuration.
• Guide external stakeholders through complex landscapes and engagements.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and deliver measurable impact.
