Qualifications

• 5 years of IT implementation experience.
• 5 years of experience with Compensation or Benefits systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Deliver small scope consulting; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
• Clearly communicate responses and value to customers.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features (Accelerator Webinars).
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification and familiarity with Workday roadmap.
